Kevin D. Flynn, RCP
Founder | Executive Director
Kevin Flynn is a CCAR-certified Recovery Coach Professional, a person in long-term recovery, and a Christian Care Coach at the Life Church of Massachusetts. He's also a published financial writer and a seasoned small-business owner. He's spent the past ten years coaching entrepreneurs and startup teams throughout Worcester County.
As a former recovery coach supervisor at the Montachusett Recovery Center in Leominster, Kevin saw that Christian recovery coaching was an underserved and often maligned path to sobriety. To address this need, he and his wife, Evelyn, started a Christian 12-step group in 2021. This was done in partnership with The Life Church of Massachusetts in Fitchburg. The group is called "Walking Free." It's still running today.

Evelyn Delgado-Flynn
Director -Treasurer
Evelyn is the heart of Mark Twelve and our "official hugger." She's a certified bookkeeper, translator, and advocate in the Spanish-American community. Evelyn has four children, ten grandchildren, and a great-grandson born in early 2026. In her own words, she "fears nothing."
As the head account bookkeeper at the Fitchburg District Court, Evelyn has seen the family and personal wreckage of addiction firsthand. Her Christian faith has gotten her through that for nearly three decades. She's active in her church and a familiar face at 12-step meetings and treatment facilities throughout Worcester County. That experience, along with her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ, makes her a valued member of our team.

Chris Kinney, MBA
Chairman of the Board
Chris brings substantial experience and dedication to our team. He joined the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General as a senior auditor and auditor-in-charge in June 2021. Prior to his current role, Chris spent nearly 11 years at the Defense Contract Audit Agency, advancing through positions including Senior Auditor, FAO Assistant for Quality, and Supervisory Auditor, where he oversaw a wide range of contract audit and supervisory responsibilities. Additionally, Chris served for 17 years as a dual-status civilian with the Massachusetts Army National Guard, in logistical, budgetary, and internal audit roles.
With nearly 35 years of federal service, Chris has a distinguished background. His military tenure includes service in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, supporting Operation Key Resolve/Foal Eagle 2010 and Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2003 to 2004, as well as serving in the Army Reserve and on active duty. He retired from the military in 2010 after a commendable 29-year career.
Beyond his federal career, Chris is dedicated to education. He has served as an Adjunct Faculty member in Accounting at Mount Wachusett Community College for over 15 years. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Management) and a Master of Business Administration (Accounting) from Fitchburg State University.
Chris resides in Central Massachusetts with his wife, Lisa, and son, Silas. He is an active member of The Life Church of Massachusetts. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his family on Cape Cod—including four sons, three daughters, and four grandchildren—and supports Notre Dame and Boston College athletics.

Jean Landry
Director
Jean is a Christian small business owner and family man from Leominster, Massachusetts. He has been in long-term recovery for over twenty years and has previously worked with our team on numerous recovery programs and events. Jean is married with three wonderful children, puts his faith in Jesus Christ first in all things, and often acts as the board's moral compass when we start to go off-beam. If you see a "New England Cleaning" van around town, it's likely Jean. Give him a hearty wave.
As a child, Jean spent several years with his family in Bouctouche, New Brunswick. He speaks English and French fluently and has shared his experience, strength, and hope at conventions and workshops in Canada and the United States. Those experiences and his dual language skills add another dimension to our services. Nous nous rétablissons!

In addition to her coaching and salon work, Niki is a dedicated group facilitator for Life Group Bible Studies. She leads women through Scripture‑based healing, helping them explore identity, forgiveness, resilience, and spiritual growth through a Christ‑centered recovery lens. Her groups are known for their warmth, honesty, and the creative, reflective activities she incorporates to help participants process their stories.

Her work there reflects her commitment to meeting women exactly where they are—with dignity, patience, and unwavering belief in their potential.
Across every role—coach, facilitator, stylist, mentor, and community connector—Niki’s mission remains the same: to walk alongside women with empathy and truth, to remind them that their story is not over, and to help them see that even the broken pieces of their lives can be used for beauty, purpose, and hope.
